Lynda Chervil, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AegisQ

Lynda Chervil

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Lynda Chervil is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AegisQ and also serves as Chairman, President and CEO of Internet Sciences Inc., an enterprise data intelligence and analytics platform company.

Earlier in her career Ms. Chervil led and managed a $1.1 billion business unit at Wells Fargo Bank, a Fortune 50 financial institution, where she spent five years overseeing large-scale operations and enterprise initiatives. Her experience includes enterprise sales leadership, customer experience transformation, and the execution of complex initiatives across direct and matrix organizational structures.

Her work focuses on identifying emerging technology inflection points and building companies positioned at the intersection of advanced analytics, data intelligence, and next-generation computational systems.

She is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Consulting and the Chartered Management Institute in the United Kingdom.

DeeAnn Cain, CPA, Chief Financial Officer of AegisQ

DeeAnn Cain, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

DeeAnn Cain is a strategic financial leader with more than fifteen years of experience in financial management, compliance, cost accounting, and corporate financial strategy.

She previously served as Director of Finance and Controller at Anderson Brass Company where she led financial process improvements that strengthened cash flow management and internal control systems.

Earlier in her career she worked with the South Carolina Department of Transportation where she developed expertise in cost accounting, regulatory compliance, and government financial reporting frameworks.

Ms. Cain is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

David Johnson, Founding Chief Technology Officer of AegisQ

David Johnson

Founding Chief Technology Officer

David Johnson brings more than twenty years of experience in enterprise technology architecture and engineering leadership across the United States, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

He previously served as Chief Technology Officer at Mulytic Energy, where he helped scale the company from twelve employees to more than sixty within four years.

He has also held senior roles at Kordia, a telecommunications infrastructure provider in Australia and New Zealand, and Teliris, a global telepresence technology company later acquired by Dimension Data.

He later founded Clear Blue Data, a technology services company providing enterprise cloud architecture and data infrastructure solutions.

Araceli Venegas-Gomez, PhD, Chief Scientist of AegisQ

Araceli Venegas-Gomez, PhD

Chief Scientist

Dr. Araceli Venegas-Gomez began her career as an aerospace engineer with Airbus in Germany and France before pivoting to follow her passion for quantum mechanics.

She earned her PhD in quantum simulation at the University of Strathclyde in Scotland, where her work with quantum stakeholders revealed the need to bridge the gap between business and academia and to raise quantum awareness with the broader public.

She was named a "quantum ambassador" after winning the Optical Society Milton and Rosalind Chang Pivoting Fellowship in 2019, and she continues her outreach work advocating for the advancement of quantum technologies.

She is the founder of QURECA (Quantum Resources and Careers), which delivers professional services, business development, and the first online platform for quantum training — addressing the quantum workforce skills bottleneck and connecting stakeholders across the global quantum community.
